Online English Language Course

Could someone please tell how to register for an online master's degree in English courses. Thank you very much?

In The truth is they have limited Internet access due to my current position in a rural area in Asia, but in the past, I have tried severally to register online for a Master Enlgish Language Line but in vain. I havent received any answer yet. I need to get accurate information on the modalities. I have a High National Diploma in Secretariat of Directors, a Tiflis / TESOL certificate that currently work as an instructor of ESL. Thanking you in advance for your cooperation in this regard, I am anxious to obtain information vital with regard to my question.
