History Of Online Education

Where I can take courses in American History Culture?

I live in New Jersey, near the AP. I checked all community colleges in both states and can not find Latin American Studies programs in the history or culture classes, even offered the night, let alone online. There are Teaching distance for these classes that anyone knows? Rutgers even limited American science courses (both Camden and New Brunswick). Need two required classes for the control input and full-time job. Any help is greatly appreciated.
