I am a student living outside the United States, I would like to start my degree in an online program, market is cheap, but with the accreditation of online universities that accept international students?

There are many resources for people seeking to enroll in online courses. Since the courses are online, many of them accept students. Obviously you need uninterrupted access to the Internet.
